I highly recommend The Personal Agent, our experience with them has been faultless from start to finish. So helpful are the staff and honest. This is the second time we have sold through them first time ewell office, second time Stoneleigh branch
and we were not disappointed (had fantastic service 8 years ago). So professional. We've also had some amazing advice from them with purchasing our new build house. Anyone would be foolish not to use this agency as they truly are the best in the area.

We spoke to a number of larger brand name agents first when deciding which firm to put our property on the market with but, on meeting with the Personal Agent team, they were the most honest, genuine and, more importantly, the most well prepared. We knew immediately that they would provide a unique experience for potential buyers and received multiple offers quickly at the price we wanted which we were able to view and track easily on a web portal. Despite a long and challening sales process as a result of delays with the sales downchain, our negotiator, Paul, and the Personal Agent team were extremely responsive and continued to chase all avenues to help drive the process forward. We would thoroughly recommend the Personal Agent, who were able to provide great progression support which is critical, particularly in the current market environment, where the sales process is taking more time due to high demand for solicitors time.

We completed on the sale of our property via The Personal Agent last week and quite frankly we aren't sure why you would choose any other agent. From the very start their expertise and knowledge is evident. Their marketing is far superior to other agents in the area which really drives people through the door. They conducted over 25 viewings within two days and achieved in excess of £20,000 above our asking price.

The Personal Agent Stoneleigh handled our recent sale and purchase (both in the Stoneleigh/Worcester Park area). They were excellent throughout the process. When our sale fell through due to a change of circumstances for the buyer, they had lined up 20 viewings by the end of the day for the coming weekend and we received another 5 or 6 offers. Due to issues with chain and other solicitors, it took quite a long time to finalise the sale and purchase and during this frustrating period I really appreciated the responsiveness of the team at Personal Agent (especially Dan and John) and always felt they were trying to push things along for us. Overall, a great service and their expertise in the Stoneleigh/Worcester Park property market is unparalleled. Would highly recommend!
