I am just writing to say how pleased we are with our new flooring! Andy came last week to fit our floor and he has done an outstanding job. His attention to detail, skill and hard work has not gone unnoticed by us and I would be grateful if you could pass our thanks onto him. We got 4 quotes for new flooring and chose Milners due to the help we received in your Ashtead branch and following your home visit to us. Hope you had a good weekend off? Ours was a real success story, thanks to you. The carpet fitters were wonderful and did a fantastic job – such a skill fitting the entire downstairs out of one piece – still don't know how they managed it! (My parents want theirs fitted by him when they have theirs done in the new year – they'll be in to see you shortly!)
I just thought I would write and say how pleased we are with the beautiful new carpets, laid yesterday. The fitters did a very good service, moving furniture for me and putting it all back again afterwards, as well as vacuuming. The two gentlemen who came later to refit two of the internal doors were quick and efficient with no mess! So I should like to say thank you for all your help and organisation of the choosing and laying of the carpets and I look forward to seeing you again later in the autumn with the thought of new carpets for the bedroom (as already measured up).

Mrs Simons called to say: how delighted she and her husband were with the fitting of their Stairs/Landing carpet last Wednesday, fantastic fitter, took his time and did a lovely job .
Mr Hunt called this morning to say what a brilliant job Dave & Richard had done fitting his carpets on Monday, he is thrilled. He said that they were polite, cleared up all the mess and were no trouble at all. He said that so often people complain but he wanted to pass on his thanks

On Thursday of last week you fitted a carpet to the house I was vacating. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the fuss-free way in which the job was done, in spite of complications, and all without anyone being there to supervise. Terrific job, nicely done, instructions followed perfectly. No hiccups, no drama, first class service from the moment we walked into your showroom. Such a contrast with the other places we tried.
While I’m booking you again to fit stair rods, I want to pass on thanks to Alex & Andras who fitted the Karndean in the hall in December. They did a fantastic job and I was very impressed with their attention to detail, and would have them fit for me again.
About the stair carpet: LOVING IT!! What a great hit - that remnant definitely had our name on it - it looks amazing. And what a nice fella, he made a lovely job of it.
Gary and the team have just completed installing wooden flooring to the ground floor and carpeting to the rest of the property and the client is absolutely delighted with both the quality of the work and the overall cost. Well Done!
