“What a wonderful day I spent with David on his ‘perfect puddings’ course in such a peaceful, purpose built setting. We made so many delicious dishes ranging from sorbet to truffles... chutney to bread...shortbread to churros and chocolate sauce. I learnt many useful skills and handy tips, gained much confidence in my cooking skills and loved being able to focus on cooking in such a friendly environment. I would thoroughly recommend a day with David be it for a girls’ day out, a gift or just a bit of ‘me time’.”
Working with a professional chef is a real eye-opener, and David is very happy to impart his knowledge on to you. I learned so much from his tips and guidance, especially with knife skills.Everything was so simple and quick – but the results were professional looking and tasted great.I came away having so much more confidence in my cooking skills. And it was fun – no pressure – a lovely relaxed atmosphere to cook in.
