For several months now I have had various ailments and problems.
Mika not only eases the pain and helps with my movement but also gives the extra advice on how my body can help it's self.
Last week I fell down some stairs and at short notice he had me in and sorted out, very quickly.

After doing an 10K Mens Health Run and feeling the pain of 10ft jumps I contacted Mika at the East Surrey Family Chiropractic, I asked him some questions first as I have always thought Chiropracters just crack necks and straightened backs, not here, Mika is trained in sports injuries which I have and we are on a path to get me straighter, stretchier and over time, hopefully faster. It is good to get sound advice on all injuries and know that I am in good hands to help make my body last longer
