I have worked with Loraine and Tracey at BTW LAW on three different transactions. Firstly, they helped me sell my old house and buy my new one. This appeared to be a very straightforward process until the people we were buying from had a 'wobble' and were about to accept an offer from someone else. Loraine immediately leapt into action and within an hour of speaking to me had proposed an 'option to buy' agreement to the other side's solicitors. This calmed the situation down and got everything back on track. It was a great result in the end - we got the house we wanted and everyone was happy. I have also worked with Loraine and Tracey on the purchase of a property for the charity I work for. This has been a non-standard transaction but as always, Loraine has explained each step and navigated us towards a successful conclusion. Finally, I have worked with Loraine on a complex and complicated lease which includes many novel and unusual clauses. This has required us both to think clearly and creatively to reach a result that both we - and the other side - are happy with. Over the several months I have worked with Loraine has helped me conclude these three differing transactions - and I would therefore highly recommend BTWLAW for either private residential or commercial property work.
