The Bowen Technique
Bowen Therapy Technique is a fully holistic body therapy which balances & integrates each and every physical and energetic systems of the body releasing blockages that cause us tension or pain. Bowen Therapy can help a wide range of conditions:

Australian Tom Bowen developed the technique between the mid '50s and early '80s.Treatments consist of rolling movements, with pauses where the body is left to rest in between rolls so that it may make subtle changes to help relieve tension, reduce pain and initiate the healing process. Treatments last approximately hour and normally 2-4 weekly treatments will be sufficient to show a significant change.
La Stone (Hot & Cold Stone) Therapy
This treatment involves using either hot or cold basalt stones to massage the upper body, followed by treating the lower legs and feet with smaller stones. The treatment affects part of the body internally and externally for a truly complete therapy which is ended by a oil massage.
Regular treatments can help to balance the menstrual cycle, re-energise body and mind, help a myriad of problems including constipation, exhaustion, and insomnia.
Reiki Treatments
Usui Reiki is a hands on healing system originated in Japan by Dr Usui in the late 19th Century. The word Reiki means "Universal Life Force"
Treatments allow you to lie fully clothed on a couch in a warm room, with soft background music, whilst I place my hands on the body beginning on the head and ending on the feet. This has positive and beneficial effects on your physical, mental and emotional health and clients report a sense of deep relaxation and harmony following a treatment.
