The Bowen Technique

Bowen Therapy was developed in Australia by Tom Bowen between the mid '50s and early '80s. He alone treated over 13,000 patients per year with an 80-90% success rate. Treatments consist of rolling movements. Between moves, the body is left to rest so that it may make subtle changes to help relieve tension, reduce pain and initiate the healing process. Treatments last approximately hour and normally 2-4 weekly treatments will be sufficient to show a significant change.
Reflexology
Reflexology has been practised for thousands of years in China and India.
Treatments involve using massage of the feet & legs connecting with pressure points that influenece our mind, body & total well-being. The treatment affects every organ, muscle and bone in the body. A massage using oils finishes the treatment. Comments such as "I feel like I am walking on air" often follow a treatment.
Regular treatments can help to balance the menstrual cycle, re-energise body and mind, help a myriad of problems including constipation, exhaustion, and insomnia. A treatment usually lasts upto 1 hour. The effects are cumulative.
La Stone (Hot & Cold Stone) Therapy
Reflexology has been practised for thousands of years in China and India.
Treatments involve using basalt stones to massage the upper body, followed by treating the lower legs and feet with smaller stones. The stones can be hot or cold depending upon the condition presented. The treatment affects every organ, muscle and bone in the body. A massage using oils finishes the treatment. Reiki Treatments
Usui Reiki is a hands on healing system originated in Japan by Dr Usui in the late 19th Century. The word Reiki means "Universal Life Force"
Treatments consist lying fully clothed on a couch in a warm room, with gentle music playing, whilst I place my hands on the body beginning on the head and ending on the feet. It promotes positive and beneficial effects on your physical, mental and emotional health. Recipients often report a sense of deep relaxation and well being following a treatment.
