Ladies Tae Kwon-Do Testimonials

Mary our instructor is lovely and an inspiration. If you were to meet me you would find that I am in my mid 50ʼs, extremely overweight, with a long medical history, including back trouble which is why my physio told me to do some exercise! I donʼt like ʼkeep fitʼ & never stick to any exercise, so I went along to this class never thinking I could or would possibly be able to do it, but my daughter talked me into it, anyway I thought to myself Iʼd try as the first lesson is free. It is exactly a year later, I am still going and I am now a yellow belt! Mary encourages everyone, if you have a medical problem, Tae Kwon-Do accepts that and you can work around it - there are many things I cannot do, but despite this with Maryʼs encouragement I manage. Come and meet us all, we are a friendly bunch, look forward to seeing you there - if I can do it, believe me - ANYONE CAN!! p.s. I live in Enfield and travel to Barnet - it doesnʼt take long!
