Over the past decade I have trained and qualified in many different areas within the Fitness industry. During this time I have developed my own philosophies and methods in which to train and ultimately share with my clients. I work with many different modes of exercise ranging from full aerobic, resistance and circuit based workouts through to a more relaxed and fun approach to training.

I am fully qualified, insured and hold a current CPR certificate. In terms of Professional membership affiliations, I am a Level 3 Advanced Instructor with The Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and a Member of The National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT). All credentials can be checked.

 

 

What do our sessions include?

 

I work with my clients with many different modes of exercise.


Aerobic workouts range from activities such as: skipping, running, boxing / kickboxing, walking / Power Walking, Stair climbing to name but a few. Whilst Resistance based exercise ('weights') are normally performed with free weights, bodyweight work and with the use of resistance tools such as exercise bands, steps, Balance boards and many other toys enabling clients to be able to move in a natural, instinctive yet functional way.

Workouts themselves range from relaxed walking to competitive sprinting sessions, circuit based exercise sessions, meditation sessions, frisbeeing to playing football in the park and many other methods of physical and mental conditioning. Exercise methods are always chosen ultimately by the client, with a choice in terms of preference, to maximize enjoyment. This also ensures that client comfort is gained, both physically, mentally and emotionally.

 

 

Services, Packages and Prices:

 

A Prospective Client's first initial consultation is always free and lasting 60 minutes. You choose whether you would like it to be an informal chat over a coffee or the more active option being a trial Personal Training session.
