I have been to Good Looking Opticians in Enfield and have recived a very good service. For example I was warmly welcomed and offered a cup of tea and a short conversation. I was warmly welcomed and imediatley accepted and felt in very safe hands. I had a very short wait until I was reviewed by one of there very experienced specialists. I was then shown many options for glasses and even recommended styles which suited me and fitted me perfectly. I was able to pay in the easiest way for me and the prices could not have been better!

Good looking optics is the most friendliest company around, the staff + managament there are always at the top of their game, with the most sexy + stylist eyewhere about. I have been a customer of theirs from the beginning, I have recommended them to everyone, I love coming instore to be greeted by Carmel, who alway's fits me in with an appointment that suits me, she is very informative, her customer service is always 100% along with manager Garry. what a joy it is to be so lucky to have an award winning opticians on our door step.

Fantastically helpful over advising on new frames. I never know what suits me and what doesn't, so have ended up with some real problems in the past.

Now I have great new up to date frames that didn't break the bank and I get so many fabulous comments about them and how I look in them. All I did was trusted Good Looking Optic's advice.

Oh and by the way the lenses themselves are excellent - the eye test was really effective.

I was wearing trifocals until yesterday having been told previosuly I would not be able to wear varifocals. After just one day, I have adapted due to the careful fitting and attention from the staff at Goodlooking Optics. May I also add I received world class customer service from these opticians and was happy with them in all aspects. Thank you!

It was some time since I last had my eyes tested and my glasses were past their best, so having been recommended by a friend, I went to Good Looking Optics in Enfield Town.

I was welcomed by Good Looking Garry and offered a cup of tea/coffee. Then Garry’s Good Looking Optometrist gave my eyes an in-depth test and Good Looking Sinita then took me through the process of selecting a frame and measuring my eyes etc. About 10 days later I received a call telling me that my new glasses were ready. I went to the shop and within a short time I was the proud owner of a new pair of glasses (which have attracted several compliments since). Thank you Garry and your Good Looking colleagues for the most professional and enjoyable optical experience.

I am one of many of the Good Looking Optics work experience students. Throughout my days of being here everyone has been so kind, welcoming and warm-hearted. One of the most important things I felt I have learnt about is good customer service - one of Good Looking Optics most main policies. I have been taught that every customer has to be treated like friends or family, with love. Another aspect where Good Looking Optics has helped me is in my level of confidence. I have always been a very shy person, but while working here the staff have been pushing me to interact with the public and customers through various different tasks like calling people up, letting them know that their contacts or glasses are ready for collection or going out on the streets to encourage people to visit Good Looking Optics (street fighting). These tasks have helped boost my confidence a lot as I now find it easier to professionally talk to people I have never met before. I recommend all students to go to Good Looking Optics for work experience, and if not that as a customer!

If customer service with that extra touch is what you look for then you know you have gone to the right place.
I was impressed with the full range of frames available, designer and non-designer. The staff are great, allowing you to browse as you wish and they even offer you a tea or coffee!
After choosing my frames I was also given sample contact lenses for me to try for FREE rather then being pressured into making a decision right away.
A great find - strongly recommended if you are looking for frames at great prices - and amazing service, which seems to come as standard. This is the place to go.

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated to a high level of customer service by all the staff I met. I was offered a drink and then guided upstairs for my eye examination. During the examination the optician explained exactly what she was doing and why and made sure I was fully relaxed and comfortable. When my eye test was complete she answered all my questions and queries and even gave me some free samples of a new brand of contact lenses for me to try. I have never been to another optician that offered so much. Highly recommended.
