You may or may not be aware but there's a hidden gem in Enfield, tucked away just inside the M25 called Capel Manor Gardens.
A beautiful 30 acre estate, first established in the late 13th century, Capel Manor provides a colourful and scented oasis surrounding a Georgian Manor House and Victorian Stables. As well as a visitor attraction providing gardening inspiration Capel Manor is also a specialist college for those interested in plants, animals, trees, flowers and the environment offering full-time, part-time, short courses and apprenticeships in subjects such as Horticulture, Arboriculture, Animal Care, Floristry, Garden Design, Saddlery and Environmental Conservation. You can escape your four walls and take in Capel's beautiful scenery any day of the week and you may even leave with ideas for your own garden. The gardens are open 7 days a week from March to October, 10am - 6pm, and open weekdays only November - February.

Once you've visited and fallen in love with Capel you may want to consider becoming a season ticket holder. For just £30 for a Single Membership you'll have unlimited FREE access to Capel's grounds throughout the year (during normal opening hours). This includes our events but excludes musical and theatrical shows.
