Anwar Akchich, who lost his mother to cancer, discovered that exercise was crucial in his recovery from deep depression. He has taken on various challenges over the years to raise funds for charities that helped his family during his mother's final weeks. Anwar has completed several challenges, including the 100km South Coast Challenge and the double Beachy Head Marathon. His latest challenge is to swim from Brighton Pier to Eastbourne Pier for the Children With Cancer Fund charity. Anwar is not a natural runner or swimmer, but he wants to push himself and test his limits.

Anwar believes that possessing an incredibly positive and focused mindset is the closest thing to a superpower that humans can have. He feels it's his responsibility and desire to share this gift with others and help them unlock their true potential. Anwar is willing to assist anyone who wants to take on a challenge but is unsure where to start, and the best part is that his service is 100% free. He can help find a suitable race or event for the individual, connect them with their preferred charity or fundraising organization, help create a fundraising page, and secure sponsorship. Anwar's role is entirely organic in the individual's journey, and there is no set plan. His involvement is entirely determined by the individual. Anwar requires nothing more than energy, effort, and commitment. His aim is to assist the individual in becoming their own superhero and the best version of themselves.

If you are inspired by Anwar's story and would like to learn more about his upcoming challenges and how you can participate in fundraising for charity, make sure to follow Over the Line on Facebook.
