about us
One of Eastbourne's favourite pubs The Farm @ Friday Street has been part of the "Whiting and Hammond" family of pubs since December 2007. Whiting and Hammond is a family run, multi award winning pub company based in and around the south east. The Farm has won the prestigious 'Best Managed Pub in the South East' award at the Great British Pub Awards for two years.
The Farm is a beautiful pub with open fires and log burning stoves serving traditional hearty British food using the best seasonal ingredients available to us. We also offer a selection of well kept cask ales and a carefully chosen wine list most of which are available by the glass. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed so whether you want to pop in for a quiet drink, a special celebration or a quick bite to eat you will always be welcome.

My new favourite place to eat!! Have been there for dinner twice and breakfast and always leave impressed! The staff are always extremely pleasant and polite. The atmosphere is great with welcoming open fires and the tables are set out to give each party their own privacy and intimacy. The food is fantastic. Everything I have eaten here has been out of this world!! I couldn't find fault with anything :0) just as well that I don't live close by as I think I would be there every day!! I can totally see now why you had so many great reviews for 14 days of love.
