Nicky has her head switched on to what you need, which isn't always what you think you may want! She is down to earth and always does what she says she will. Her training is second to none and I recommend that my clients use her training packages.
McCrudden provides interesting and well-run courses for those of us in the voluntary sector. The sessions are interactive and enjoyable: no staring at a screen for hours or listening to a lecture. You come away feeling confident in the subject. Charges are reasonable too.
I have been on a few of the courses offered by McCrudden Training, everytime I have come away extremely impressed by how fun and informational the courses are, they certainly make learning fun and enjoyable. I attended McCrudden Training’s first aid and felt I had to write to say thank you for an excellent day’s training. I have attended First Aid courses before but this was by far and above the best I have experienced. The whole day was very relaxed and easy-going. I found it interesting and confidence boosting. I really hope I will NEVER need the use of the techniques I have been taught, but should I have to I now have the confidence to do so. I would thoroughly recommend this course to all.
I contacted Nicky to run a one off 3 hr Basic First Aid session for my 'Voluntary Driving Scheme' Drivers. Fun, Imformative, Enthused, Friendly, "Who can I practice CPR on?" were just some of the comments that came out of that session, that with the support of our 'Village Action Plan' we have now run 4 more such sessions for our Village.I would not hesitate to recommend Nickys First Aid courses to anyone.

Nicky & McCrudden Training have trained our designated staff for First Aid. The two team members who attended came back praising Nicky for the way the course was presented and how engaging they found it. Given the importance of having Trained First Aiders in the office, I was very impressed and pleased. Though one hopes never to need the skills they learned, it is comforting to know that the two team members involved had acquired key skills!
I was lucky enough to attend one of Nicky's on Public Speaking. I'm a fairly confident public speaker and had decided to go to do some networking without the thought that I'd actually learn anything. Boy was I wrong! Nicky spoke with authority and knowledge but was able to deliver the information in an fun and interesting way. I was due to do a presentation in front of a dozen people the following week and after Nicky's talk I realised that although I was confident to speak in front of these people what I was saying was far to technical and not targeted to what my audience wanted to hear but at what I wanted to tell them. I had to change round my talk and limit my number of key points but I'm glad I did as the talk went much better for it.I would highly recommend anyone to attend one of Nicky's courses.
I first me Nicky at a public speaking training she put on for Eastbourne Chamber of Commerce members. Her relaxed style and engaging nature had me truly thinking about what I said and more importantly how I said it. In my line of work words are very powerful and thanks to Nicky I can be certain that the intention of my words is used to maximum benefit.My second training was at a fantastic Network and Learn session. The subject was time management which again I learned so very much with higher retention than normal. The networking along side was just as good.If you are looking to learn I can think of very few people I would recommend. I am pleased however to say Nicky is very much on the list!
