For many years now I have been a single Mum looking after my son full time. Though I had been looking for work nothing suitable was available to fit in with school time.

Through a return to work course from the Job Centre I met with Prime Care. The representative explained that full training would be given and I would be given all the support I needed.

True to their word after initial training was complete I was able to contact the office at any time for telephone support. I get on well with the other carers and the people I care for are really nice.

Before I started with Prime Care I would never have thought it would be this rewarding. I am very proud to be a working Mum at last and my friends have noticed a change in my confidence and self-esteem.

My partner Julie took up a position with Prime Care earlier this year. I was impressed by the amount of training and support she was given. Having seen all too many programs saying how bad Care companies can be.

I met with Mike from Prime Care at an Eastbourne Chamber of Commerce event and was confident that Prime Care was worthy of becoming part of thebestof.

We agreed to meet and while we were having a breakfast meeting a gentleman of a mature age was struggling to get up from his seat at the table next to us. A little unexpectedly Mike excused himself from speaking with me and offered him assistance. His desire to help was genuine and the gentleman’s wife was extremely grateful for the help. They were certainly not clients of Prime Care and it was entirely down to human kindness that Mike was helping.

I new then that Prime Care was one of the firms I should be working with to show Eastbourne that there is a quality standard when it comes to service and thebestof members will keep raising it.
