The reason i Love Eckington HR is because Debbie is the most wonderful woman she takes the time to listen to your questions and knows exactly how to answer any query you may have from disciplinary to any leave from a employee or employer perspective, Debbie works on an adhoc basis which is fantastic for smaller businesses that are growing and enables them to put everything in place just in case a situation arises that needs dealing with you could say she is the "cushion before the Fall" for any small business.
