Lushington Chiropractic of Eastbourne are passionate about delivering the best possible clinical and customer care for everyone. I met Dr Sarah Rogers at a Business Networking group and enjoyed finding out about Lushington Chiropractic and all that they can help with. By sheer coincidence, the next time I met Sarah at a Networking event, I was in pain. I'd woken up to find the right side of my neck & shoulder had locked up and any movement was very painful. She immediately phoned the clinic and managed to book me in an hour later for an emergancy appointment. Sarah took very detailed notes about my medical and injury history and then set about fixing me. I had a series of sessions over the following week and immediately felt better. I have not have a re-occurence (touch wood!) of this issue but I will continue to recommend Sarah to anyone I meet who is in pain!
Last year I had a need for help to relive back pain, and the help and information I received was very good.
I have been attending Eastbourne Chiropractors in Lushington Road for over a year now and found them to be excellent.From all the staff who work there everyone shares a real commitment to ensure that all the clients are supported in their various treatments. In Dr Mark Thomas's care I have had excellent treatment. When I first saw Mark I was experiencing a great deal of pain in my knee and also had sciatica and as a result was very reliant on pain killers. Since the treatment started I am so much better and am no longer taking pain relief. I also see Stuart for his excellent massage treatment which works alongside my chiropractic treatment which is very therapeutic and helpful for my knees. I have just recently been seeing Daniel for the care of my feet. I can highly recommend this practice to everyone.
I found Dan Upton @ lushington to be very friendly and professional. My feet has never looked and felt better since seeing him on a regular basis for treatment and I have recommended him to friends and family.
Friendly people who explain what they are doing and essentially cures the problem.
I have been attending Lushington since the end of July, and was recommended by a friend. I had seen the improvement in her back and was so impressed. I am still having treatment for what turned out to be quite an entrenched selection of problems with my back and neck, and do not regret spending the money I have, even though I had to 'save up' for it. It's worth it! The atmosphere is warm, friendly, relaxed and genuinely caring, from the reception through to the treatment room. Things are explained clearly, and enormous care it taken with attention to detail. Yet this is combined with a highly professional approach and in spite of the alarming cracks and squishes I have always felt safe. I would recommend Lushington to anyone with aches and pains - I am feeling considerable lighter and more flexible, can garden without much pay back now, and don't wake up in pain in the mornings. Jenny and the team are awesome. I had serious nerve and back problems and was having problems passing my TA Military fitness tests, after agreeing a programme to recovery I slowly got better and have since passed all tests and I am fit again doing running which I really enjoy. Thanks guys you're the best and I wish you luck with the best customer care awards.
I have benefitted greatly by the chiropractic treatment I have had, but I have also made some good friends. When I'm at hte clinic there is a great sense of peace & care.

Those personable and professional qualities seem to radiate from all who work there. James is attentive to his qualitative team of practitioners and receptionists, and he provides a friendly, caring enivronment in which he encourages and nurtures the very best of team work, people skills and service from them. They also regularly take part in fund-raising events for charity. James Revell is never complacent; he is always striving to achieve the very best in customer service. To that end, he supports training for his administrative staff and holds regular team meetings, and offers his clients informative visual displays (and provides apples and beverages!), as well as holding 'celebration and taster' days, and giving special offers. I highly recommend James and the team. The staff are always polite, helpful, welcoming and professional. James turned my life around after a serious head on car accident which left me with serious back and neck pain. James dealt with the cause of the pain and got me off the pain killing drugs which were just masking the problem. I'm now pain free and better educated on keeping my back and neck in top condition!
This is one of very few truly customer focused businesses, e.g. open in the evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays, retains car parking spaces for clients as opposed to Directors.
I went the chiropractor for the first time with almost no use in my left arm and within a few visits all pain had gone and I have had no further trouble with it but I am now haveing trouble with the right arm and will be makeing an appointment at the end of September
I have been having treatment for a deep-seated problem with my lumbo-sacral disc and scarring on the sciatic nerve which caused a secondary myositis in my gluteal muscle. Had it it not been for the treatment I have received I would not have been able to work and my job would have been at risk. My practitioner, Jenny Dummet, is a first class therapist. You can teel the moment one walks into her office that she is passionate about her profession. She actively engages the patient in the treatment and encourages them to ask questions. Besides being an expert manipulator, she encourages the patient to help themselves, emphasising the need for core stability in the musculature. Now I can walk normally and without pain. Thanks, Jenny, for all you have done for me.
A very careing practice and they care for the patient, even after treatment, with follow up phone calls to make sure that everything is fine. It is obvious that great explanation is given to the patient prior to treatment and is explained throughtout the treatment. Very private and relaxed
I would recommend Lushington Chiropractic to everybody, even if your not in pain as the people, teams, staff whatever you may call them do truly care for the people who walk through their doors.
