Simon makes a difficult subject look uncomplicated. He goes out of his way to explain it in layman terms and help you understand the process. I've not personally used Simon's services but I see him at a lot of local business events and there is always people queuing up to speak with him. Simon really knows his stuff. I didn't think we had much R&D spend but, with Simon's detailed understanding of what constitutes R&D in all its forms, there was a lot more that we could claim.
