I thought I was pretty focused on where my life & business was going & just wanted tweaking a couple of things until I attended a Goal Setting workshop. In a word PHENOMENAL!! Not only does Sophie practice what she preaches (the best teachers always do!) but she communicates the information in a friendly approachable manner that keeps you intrigued, no one gets left behind or unanswered. Be all you can be & more, the sky is NOT the limit…don’t wait for tomorrow, book yourself a place TODAY!

This one day work shop (How to be successful working from home) was lively, fast-paced and engaging. Sophie began by asking the participants to be brutally honest with themselves about why they wanted to work from home and what they hoped to gain from it. She then used a series of exercises to help us identify our skills, our values and our goals. These were put together to create a plan that would keep us on track and help to make us successful. Sophie is a very skilled and experienced trainer with a lively sense of humour. She makes the learning enjoyable and easy to absorb and I look forward to working with her again.

Sophie has quite simply transformed the way we look at our business. The goals we set at the start of our coaching course seemed a tad ambitious but we have reached them and more importantly now really see the value in constant goal setting and the dramatic results this discipline brings!
