Staff very helpful,location was great right across from Pier Cleaning could be improved, particularly in rooms, stains in toilet old toothpaste on tiles in bathroom, also second lift out of order which causes problems at busy times, as only two people can fit in. Need a disabled toilet/ladies on ground floor so have to go down to basement to get to this

Having needed a fire risk assessment report for the sale of my flat urgently, I phoned Dave Elliott at southern fire risk assessment explaining this on Tuesday, he managed to fit the assessment the next day. He was very informative and knowledgeable carried out the report and emailed it to me the same evening.
Would definitely ues their services again and would highly recommend them in the future.

Beverley said about Burlington Hotel

Lovely staff but hotel could do with updating inside and out. Right in the seafront and very near to the pier, shops and restaurants, staff were all lovely and friendly, when you first walk in the reception rooms look amazing. Very dated, only 1 lift working for the last 2 days of our stay. Breakfast was very repetitive, I don’t eat cereal or bread so ended up having egg bacon and tomato every single day.
