W: Weight training
I believe that weight training (where you use your muscles against a resistance such as bodyweight or dumbbells) is the single best thing you can do to stay fit and healthy. The benefits are huge. They include:

- Decrease in fat

- Improved posture
- Increased metabolic rate
- Increased range of movement
- Improved immune function
- Decreased risk of osteoporosis
- Improved body shape and tone
