I was a little apprehensive at first giving instructions to a company I did not know however I am now able to say that Redmond & Associates completed the survey and the report within a week. The price was also cheaper than some other quotes and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Redmond and Associates completed a survey on the house I am now living in. The survey was thorough and accurate and after 2 years of occupation nothing unexpected has occurred.
Compared to other surveys I have had done this was the cheapest and also the fastest, being carried out within a couple of days and the report available by the following week.
As a local business they have good knowledge of local housing issues and prices.
I believe they offer truly exceptional value for money.

A good local firm of surveyors. Mike and his team provide a very professional service and I can thoroughly recommend them as an alternative to the surveyors provided by the financial services organisations. Definitely consider them for an independent survey that will be better value for money.
