Desperately needed work after 6th Form and before Uni... the Ladies at Ashdown Personnel went above and beyond to find me a placement. Throughout my time at Uni, they continued to secure a temporary job that I could come back to during every holiday. The ladies at Ashdown Personnel are such friendly, approachable, helpful people who immediately make you feel relaxed. They have helped me out so much with my CV and have placed me in great temping jobs during University holidays. They also found me a great job after I graduated which lead to the company offering me a long-term contract. They explain everything simply and are always there if you need any help. A great company who I have recommended to many people.

Having been out of work for 6 months I registered with Ashdown and was in work within 3 days!! They just seemed to know that I would be suited to the role and how right they were - within 6 months I had been made permanent! The best part about dealing with this agency was their total focus on you as a person above anything else – and having had dealings with a number of agencies in the previous 6 months that was a welcome relief. Ashdown Personnel are exactly the sort of recruitment agency a small, thriving town like East Grinstead needs. Last year, whilst pregnant and redundant, they helped me find temporary work when no-one else would and the result was a 4 week contact extended to 4 months, good steady local work for me up to the birth of my son, a (VERY) keen, hard working member of staff for a local company and good relations all round.
