Kitchens Bespoke are an independent business based in East Grinstead, offering premium quality kitchen designs without the premium prices. Set up by Rachael Workman two years ago, Kitchens Bespoke have successfully built a name for themselves as a well-respected tailored kitchen design company, despite the difficult financial climate faced by local businesses.
Recently, Kitchens Bespoke have received some well-deserved recognition from the Kbbeview – the leading business magazine for the kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms sector.
The Kbbreview publish a ‘Shopping Around’ segment, which seeks to highlight excellent customer service within the sector using a ‘secret shopper’, and in the December 6th issue, Kitchens Bespoke were voted the best showroom in the East Grinstead and Crowborough area.

“The smart exterior of this compact show-room is designed to catch the eye of both pedestrians and passing cars. Beneath the striking shop sign, the bright showroom windows were framed by pretty hanging baskets and a pair of bay trees in pots… As she handed me her card, Rachael said: 'I can come out to have a look at the space and offer advice on what will and won’t work.'"
The secret shopper has awarded Kitchens Bespoke 8 out of 10 for Rachael’s “confident and comprehensive pitch”. As a result of this fantastic result, Rachael and her team will be shortlisted to one of four national finalists for the Industry Awards 2011 in the customer service category for kitchens.
