The summer holidays are upon us once again, the weather is refusing to co-operate, and the school uniforms are at the bottom of the laundry basket.

3rd August Fun Days at Bluebell Railway.

Punch and Judy shows and magic shows running every Wednesday and Friday through August, plus the bank holiday weekend.

6th AugustMad Hatters Tea Party.

Marking the beginning of the East Grinstead International Arts Festival – various businesses around town will be participating, with cream teas available on the green in front of Sackville College.

9th AugustRoller Disco at Kings Centre.

Get your boots on at the Roller Disco sessions – skate hire available!

13th August Born 2 Perform Summer School.

The Chequer Mead will be holding two weeks of musical performance workshops for 6 – 21 year olds, culminating in a showing of Oklahoma! on August 26th.

18th AugustCircus Stars at East Grinstead Library.

Story-telling, crafts, and more at the library – collect your free ticket in advance from the library.

28th August Family Day at Borde Hill Garden.

An afternoon of modern jazz, model boat club and a family picnic – all in the stunning grounds at Borde Hill.
