Matt is amazing. I had an addiction to sugar which I have been trying to give up for 20 years with no success. I tried everything. I also wanted the gastric band therapy. Matt worked on the sugar addiction in the first session - and I have not had a grain since (it's been 2 months).
It has been unbelievably liberating. I also am finding sticking to a weight loss diet much easier since the therapy and have lost 10 pounds in just 3 weeks. The sessions are so incredibly relaxing to boot! You feel great afterwards. I highly recommend.

I used to work in the city. there was lots of money and bonuses, so I fell into the addiction of buying things I didn't need. When I got made redundant I couldn't afford three pairs of shoes a week any more - so I went to see Matthew. He put me into hypnosis, and taught me to relax myself without buying things. Now I am free of that, and owe a great debt to Matthew.

Thank you so much to Matthew for getting my IBS under control. The horrible symptoms have disappeared after 6 weeks. He did explain that it was not a magic wand, and that I would have to change my lifestyle too. I have certainly cut back on the caffeine intake thanks to this wonderful man.

I started to smoke at 15, and continued at a steady rate until I was 37. Then i went to see Matthew. He explained that he was an ex smoker who had smoked for nearly as long as I had, before giving up completely in 1997.
Realising that it was not impossible I agreed to hypnosis. I fell into trance very quickly - it is a wonderful experience. i have not smoked now for three years. Smoking is a habit that kills. I have been rescued.

I lost 24 pounds after seeing Matthew for gastric band hypnosis. He helped me to undersdtand which foods were beneficial but food wasn't an issue - the gastric band took care of that. It was my best chance of losing weight, and I have changed.
