As Chair of the trustees of the Log Cabin in Ealing (a charity for special needs children) I would like to say that having William Hardman Associates on Board when we were looking to rebuild and expand our premises made a huge difference.

Bill guided us through the whole process up to planning permission stage - from eliciting our wish-list and needs to the practicalities of what was possible. He designed a £2M+ building which fulfilled a complex set of requirements on a difficult site, coping calmly with enforced changes in the plans during the process and the various parties involved. Although construction of the building was then taken over by Council contractors, Bill has continued to provide us freely with advice and support. We could not have asked for more and I would certainly recommend him.

I recently undertook a major restructuring and refurbishment of my house in Ealing. As the scope of the work was large and complex, I decided I needed some help . William performed a number of roles, including:
* designing the structural changes to the house, including changing the location of the front door, moving the main staircase and separating and combining rooms

* helping select the building company
* managing the build to completion.
