When I realised that I had to borrow money, I went to an organisation, they said " Sure, sign here, and the money will be in your account in three working days ". Four days later there was no money in the account, I rang up and they said " Actually we need to involve a lawyer ". My heart sank. I thought 'If we involve a lawyer it is going to take months, and it is going to cost a lot, because they will drag it out to push up the fees'.

However, I did remember meeting Robert Cohen at an evening organised by The Best Of, and subsequently hearing him speak at another networking meeting, and also running into him close to my Ealing Hypnotherapy office. Once I had made contact the whole business was quickly sorted out in the space of about ten days. Robert did explain that much of it could be done away from the office, and would have been even swifter if I had known how to use a fax machine. The service I recieved from Robert and Punam at Montague Lambert was caring, swift and not that expensive.
