I had London Heating in to install a new boiler. The 2 engineers which came - well Ii could not fault them in anyway. It was very clean and tidy all the time, they made sure we had hot water and heating everynight. Fantastic service all round.

We called the guys at London Heating after finding them on the web. The appointment for our boiler was arranged quickly and their engineer showed up on time. Fault finding was done in mnutes. What was great is they did not try to flog us a new boiler but really tried to fix the existing one. Decent, polite guys and a great service from this small family-run plumbers. Recommended!

Had a lovely engineer round to help me with my central heating system, he diagnosed the problem straight away, fitted the relevant part and left me with lots of lovely hot water and heating. He was also very polite and left my house neat and tidy. Thanks so much London Heating - 5 stars!!!!

Having been recommended to this firm by two neighbours, we were not disappointed by the standard of care and workmanship we experienced. All contacts with them have been dealt with promptly and politely. Their engineers were cleanly presented and friendly, but wasted no time in getting on with the job. The overall impression has been of a family business, taking care with the selection of their personnel, and keen to provide a superb service in a manner which could not be faulted.

Brilliant customer service, as always. Reliable, efficient, arrived well within the 2 hour time slot given, and reasonably priced. I have used Paul several times in the past and he is always very courteous, tidy...but above all else, knowledgeable and does a great job! I wouldn't use anybody else for plumbing or heating work.

This is the second time I've used London Heating - they are superb, they do exactly what they say they will, they keep to appointments, do the work efficiently and keep you informed all along they way. As a landlord they are exactly what I need, someone I can trust to do the work without me being there to supervise. If more people worked as hard as these guys at pleasing their customers this country wouldn't be in such a mess!

I call upon London Heating often to tend to any of my plumbing issues as Paul, the company owner has been my family plumber for the last 12 years, tending to issues from leaky tap to boilers breaking down and jetting our drains. They have always turned up on time and done an immaculate job. He has looked after my parents home as well as my aunt and grandmother and we would all highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
