Ealing Golf Club is an ideal venue for weddings, parties or business meetings thanks to the excellent facilities provided in the clubhouse function rooms and the beautiful parkland surroundings in Ealing, West London.

Ealing Golf Club is a renowned parkland golf course just off the A40 in Ealing, West London.

In our clubhouse we have two function rooms available for hire for private or corporate events and we can cater for up to 170 guests, depending on the type of occasion.

The smaller room - the Randolph Room - is more suited to conferences, civil ceremonies, christenings, anniversaries and more intimate celebrations for up to 50 people whilst the Main Hall is ideal for wedding receptions and larger parties seating 100-120 guests comfortably and up to 170 for an informal gathering including the bar area.

Our clubhouse benefits from a quiet atmosphere and is set in beautiful surroundings. Car parking for up to 75 cars is available free for events and there is easy access for disabled guests.

Weddings

If you are looking for scenic surroundings for a London wedding, Ealing Golf Club is a classic venue with a wonderful atmosphere and a romantic country setting. The beautifully maintained grounds will provide the ideal backdrop to your wedding photographs. There is private access to the rooms used for your wedding day.

We are licensed to hold civil ceremonies and these are held in our wonderful Randolph Room which can seat 50 people.

Our Main Dining Hall can seat up to 120 for your wedding breakfast. It overlooks the picturesque gardens with panoramic views of the golf course. We can prepare wedding menus to suit all tastes and budgets.

For evening celebrations we can quickly transform the Hall into a club venue with its own bar and cater for up to 170 guests. You can let your hair down on our purpose-built dance floor.

We will work with you to ensure your special day is an enjoyable and truly memorable occasion.

Parties

Whatever kind of party you have in mind - a formal dinner, a birthday or anniversary celebration, or a company "do", we have a fantastic room layout which can be set up exactly to your requirements.

Our Main Hall seats 100 comfortably and the whole area including bar can easily accommodate 170 guests for more informal gatherings. The fixed, purpose- built dance floor is a central feature and there are a variety of options for setting up your live music or disco/DJ set.

Guests are well looked after for their drinks orders at the 10m long, well-stocked bar and our bar area also has comfy seating, for those who may want to get away from the music a bit and chat.

If the event takes place in the daytime, there is the added bonus of wonderful panoramic views across the golf course with easy access through sliding doors into the gardens.

Smaller parties and family celebrations can be held in the Randolph Room.

Meetings and Conferences

At Ealing Golf Club we can host business meetings for 10 to 110 people in the two rooms available in our clubhouse for corporate events. We offer a quiet atmosphere in beautiful surroundings and the patio and gardens enable you to take some fresh air during breaks. Product launches, AGMs, sales meetings, training events are all suited to our facilities.

We offer simple room hire rates rather than delegate based rates and facilities include projection, PA system, lectern, flip chart and markers. A senior member of staff is always on hand for your needs.
