Body Blitz fitness classes are held in West Ealing three times a week:
Tuesday 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm Legs tums and bums, low-impact toning class for beginners
Thursday 7.30 pm - 8.30 pm
Saturday 10 .30 am - 11.30 am
The fitness classes last 1 hour. Each class starts with a warm up of 10 to 15 and a stretch, followed by 15 to 20 minutes of aerobic exercise such as marching or running for the fitter ones. During the workout that follows, all muscle groups are exercised with body bars or weights. Finally the fitness clases closes with the cool down and final stretch. Up to date music helps to keep the rhythm when exercising.
£5.00 per class or £45 for ten (can be attended any time) no time limit on usage and no membership fee.
Body Blitz fitness classes are run by Cindy Williams. Cindy is a remarkable lady. She says she is an ordinary housewife, but don't be fooled. Cindy is over 50, has seven children and is a grandmother - not that you would be able to tell from looking at her. Cindy has been exercising for 20 years now, participates in half marathons and is a walking proof of the beneftis of regular exercise.
Cindy started Body Blitz fitness classes because she likes people and finds the social aspect of running the fitness classes very rewarding. She finds that when you exercise you switch off and not think about the daily troubles and problems.
