Tony did a full survey on a semi-detached house for us. It had been lived in by an old lady all her life and she had done very little modernisation. Tony identified the considerable number of defects in the property and also explained why the electrical and gas systems no longer complied with regulations. He presented a very detailed report with photographs and a scale plan of the house. The report included a seperate schedule setting out the works he advised us to have done and also gave us a valuation for insurance purposes.
