I bought a house to rent out, and approached Rise Property Services to look after it and to find a tenant. I was worried about finding a tenant, but Matt Geany from this company got out and about to find the best publications and places to advertise the property. As soon as anyone showed an interest he was straight out to show them round the property. I was impressed with his down to earth attitude, and I definitely got the impression that he wouldn't try to pull the wool over your eyes. His attitude is that if he treats people fairly you would use his business again and recommend it to others.
