From the moment I walked into the shop, myself and my family were made most welcome and all our needs catered for. I was planning my wedding in under 3 months and I had been told by all the other bridal stores I could not buy a new dress in time but Keri and her team were wonderful and got it within a month! Not only did I find my dream dress but many of the accessories too. Despite me living in Exeter, Keri was excellent and make the whole process stress free. It was a real pleasure to work with Keri and everyone at Pure and the bridesmaids sashes and men's cravats you had made were wonderful. I know that any bride who visits Pure will not be disappointed as it first class.

Keri at Pure Weddings was fantastic. Her shop far outshone the rest. I had a series of disappointing experiences before I came across Pure Weddings. I was thrilled to finally find this true gem right on my doorstep in Durham! Pure Weddings were also extremely helpful in sorting out chair covers for us. The chairs at our venue were really awkward but Keri went totally out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. Where do I start? I visited Pure weddings early last year and from the moment I walked through the door I was made to feel like a princess! The service from Keri and her staff was second to none. We had visited other shops VERY close by and were snubbed and almost treat as if we were invisible. The help with chosing my dream dress was great, no pressure at all (unlike other places). All our fittings were perfect for both me and our bridesmaids, our suits complimented everything with the help of the girls. We were all put at ease everytime we visited, we couldn't have asked for more! The girls were professional, honest and so friendly - I highly recommend anyone - whatever shape, age and budget etc to go to Pure Weddings as it will be an experience not to be missed! Keri and her team at Pure Weddings Uk made choosing a wedding dress a dream experience. They are very professional and helpful and give excellent advice to any bride to be. Pure was the first bridal shop I visited when looking for a wedding dress. They have such an extensive range of designs, I didn't need to look any where else. I'm getting married abroad, so I wanted advice on the best style of dress and Keri helped me find a beautiful dress and veil which is so flattering, it's perfect. I also found gorgeous shoes from their designers range, so was able to get everything from the one shop. My dress needs a slight alteration to the length, which Keri is taking care of no problem. From having a difficult time in the beginning, organising my wedding away, Keri has made choosing my dress such an enjoyable experience, I'd definately recommended Pure Weddings UK and their excellent service. Keri is extremely friendly and always cheerful. She helped me feel completely at ease as I reluctantly got my kit off to try on gowns even when the samples did not fit me (unlike other bridal shops I visited) and was not at all pushy or trying the hard sell (again unlike other bridal shops). It took me a year to make a decision on the dress and again Keri was patient and was happy to let me come back and have another try on without any obligation. I was so happy with the efficient service I got from Pure Weddings UK that we have asked them to supply our suits even though we could get the same ones closer to home as we know we can rely on Keri to have everything exactly as we want when we need it with no hassle at all. On the day the shop opened even though there were lots of people you were made welcome. Keri and the team showed me variuos dresses and even though i was 5 months pregnant they still managed to make the dress and me look wonderful. I ordered the dress and when i was time to come back Keri was fab. I got my dress, bridesmaid dresses, seat covers for the venue all under one roof. Although we had tried every shop in Newcastle looking for a bridal gown for my daughter Jill without success, as soon as we walked into Pure wedding we knew we were in the best of hands.My daughter had seen a dress in Exeter which she loved but the shop there could not get it time , Pure's stock was first class and we soon found a dress by the same designer that she actually prefered. Keri helped us decide and added little touches that just made the whole experience so much less stressful,and the gown arrived as promised well in advance of the special day . On the day everyone remarked on how beautiful my daughter looked, and how fabulous the gown and the cathedral veil complimented the venue, Bamburgh Castle. Can I just say that if it had not been for Keri's superb service and dedication , the day would not have been as memorable. Keri was more like a member of our family by the time we collected the gown, she had made the whole process a pleasure and removed the stress and pressure from my daughter's and my shoulders . Our daughter lives in Exeter and the organisation of the wedding was a major task, which if it had not been for Pure weddings it would have been so much more difficult. Thanks to Keri and her team.

Having been to every bridal shop in Newcastle without success, we contacted Keri who kindly kept the shop open late for us one Saturday afternoon in May. As soon as we entered Pure Wedding we knew that we were in the best of hands , my daughter lives in Exeter and she had seen a gown there but the store could not guarantee delivery in time for the special day. Keri managed to find a gown by the same designer ,which my daughter loved even more. Keri offered assistance and support which removed the stress from the whole process , and with her added touches made it an absolute pleasure to deal with her. March 2008 After a bad experience at another bridal shop where I was told my chosen dress was discontinued, I called Keri at Pure Weddings and she fixed me up with the same dress without a problem. I am not a perfect size 10, far from it, but was always made to feel perfectly comfortable in the shop. The service was so good I also bought my bridesmaids dresses here, and was given good advice about getting waistcoats and ties for the groomsmen to match. All in all an excellent service. I was a stressed out bride who had made the completely wrong decision about a wedding dress at another wedding store. Keri was absolutley fantastic and took me under her wing and sorted me a fantastic and unique dress out that is just perfect for me. If it hadnʼt have been for Keri at pure weddings I would have ended up with a dress that was all wrong which would have spoit my wedding day.
