Norman Alderson has been an Undertaker in Durham since 1980 when he joined the family business started by his Grandfather in 1921. By 1998 he had been elected as National President of The British Institute of Funeral Directors and now runs courses for those wishing to become undertakers.

Teamwork is very important for an undertaker and Norman is lucky to have a great team behind him. As well as providing a highly professional funeral service the company also provides a Memorial Service with expert advice and colour brochure available.

Norman is able to offer advice and expertise in all aspects of the funeral profession including memorials and pre-paid funeral plans. Norman has over 80 pre-payment funeral plans already in place with Golden Charter, one of the country's leading providers.
