In less than a term, our Daughter has gained hugely in confidence and self-esteem and this in turn has led to a huge improvement in her standard of work - helped by a very early (within 2 weeks) identification of the need for some learning support which has been implemented and which is already showing massive benefits. The engagement in house activities, too, has helped build her self-assurance. In addition, the opportunities for games offered by the School mean that she has now played hockey for the school (she never achieved that in 8 years at her previous school) and has taken the opportunity to try rowing - a sport not even available previously. All this in only a few weeks!

Thank you for giving Cameron such a wonderful start to his school life. He has so many memories and has made such progress in learning. Your sensitivity to Cameron's needs was much appreciated - he was quite obviously happy in the Badger's class.

Despite being apprehensive about being the new girl again at 17. I soon found my way around MacLeod House and quickly learnt the best way to fight for toast! I could not believe the warm welcome I received from so many students and teachers and the support they offered. I love all the opportunities to play sport and being able to socialise with my own and other year groups. (Year 12).

Our Son took to flexible boarding like a duck to water. It's lovely to see him at the weekend knowing he is gaining in independence whilst having fun as a border. I feel I can speak to the staff at any time. He has gained 40 "big brothers".
