Anyone who knows me knows that I am very particular about how my hair is done - whether it's the colour or the cut. Since going to Partners just over a year ago (after another well known hairdresser let me down) I can honestly say that I have been delighted with the results. In the past I was cynical about buying salon products, wrongly thinking they were overpriced and no better than shop-bought products but again with their expert advice I am now converted! It's a pleasure to go and see the girls in Partners and I have and will continue to sing their praises to friends and family alike.

I have been having my hair styled at Partners since Laurie and Pauline first opened their salon. I always find the service impecable and after so long it's like going to visit friends rather than to the hairdressers to have my hair done. Much cheaper than a session with a psych. A visit to Partners always lifts my spirits, a testomy to the friendly but professional service.

I have used Partners Beauty since I returned to this area. Alice the beauty therapist is excellent and always makes me feel comfortable and very welcome, as do all of the staff. Alice is very knowledgeable about Aveda products and makes my visits to the salon a very enjoyable treat.

Partners was recommended to me last summer and I've never looked back - just wish I'd gone years ago! Laurie is absolutely fantastic and finally a hairdresser who listens to what you want. Having gone to a senior stylist in other establishments, they often get juniors to apply the colour - not here - you're in Laurie's safe hands from start to finish. She's also a master of putting hair up and did my wedding hair in November last year which everyone raved about. Since then I've gone from having really long hair to a really short modern style which I would never have contemplated with any other hairdresser. All of the staff are really friendly and the shop has a really nice calming ambience which leaves me feeling relaxed and pampered. The Aveda products they use are really good not only for your hair but for the environment. My next treat will be to try out the beauty salon as I've heard rave reviews. LOVE LOVE LOVE PARTNERS!!!

They operate very flexible hours which makes it easier to get appointments, however busy you, and they are! It's always a relaxing, friendly, and refreshing experience, which leaves you looking and feeling better and brighter than when you arrived.I'm impressed by the way they adapt to provide a professional service to clients of all ages. Jenny usually does my hair, both colour and cut, and she's excellent, but I've had some of the others do my hair on occasion and they've all been great. I use their Aveda products regularly, and they've all been excellent. The girls are very good at recommending the best use of them so that I'm not wasting money on the wrong thing. The staff along with their excellent hair care treat Katie with dignity. When she makes appointments for all sorts of treatments, they will often phone me on the quiet to check this is okay. What a relief this is//. Katie often comes out from a haircut with her nails done too an added extra. If Katie has a problem she will often pop into the salon to use their phone, this to me is what Partners is all about.

She knows my hair, what suits me and that I need a low maintenance style but she always manages to give me an edgy and flattering style that is always admired by my teenage pupils and adult friends alike. I have been going to Partners since it opened and have never been disappointed as they always make a brilliant job (especially considering how difficult my hair is to style being naturally curly and out of control). All of the stylists are really good but I particularly like Stevie cutting and styling my hair. The staff are always really friendly and you always get a good blether! The ambience at Partners is one of harmony and cheerfullness. I use it too relax from my own salon and treat myself to a massage...garaunteed to promote sleep within ten minutes. Follow this with a professional blow dry with Pauline and I feel like Ive been on holiday.

Not being local to Dundee or Angus I've still been more than delighted to have my hair cut at Partners due to the professional, welcoming and relaxing ambience. My stylist has always been Pauline who has been able to put even the most pernickety of customers like me at ease. Most find a trip to the hairdressers time to destress and switch off but as someone who watches every scissor cut I realise that I'm not the easiest of customers to have in the seat. With Pauline, however, I know that I'm completely in safe hands. A head massage pre-shampoo, decent chat and an actually tasty hot chocolate go down well too surrounded by the clean, pure aroma of Aveda products . I swear by Aveda's Shampure shampoo and conditioner and haven't polluted my hair with any other products since going to Partner's.

I had my 2nd appointment with Claire on Saturday as I had been very pleased with the way Claire had cut my hair the last time. Partners is truly the best hair and beauty salon. From the minute you walk in the door, the aroma of the Aveda products, the impeccable hygiene, the welcoming smile at reception, not to mention the extremely high standards set by all of the salon staff. Pauline colours my hair but I would be happy to have any of the sytlists do this. As with any busines it is the little extras that go a long way. On my last visit I had made a very last minute appointment. Claire stayed behind an hour after closing to ensure that my hair was done to perfection. Service beyond belief.

Pauline at Partners has been styling my hair now for 6 years and it's a lovely salon to visit. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the staff really want you to leave the salon feeling great. The Aveda products leave your hair in brilliant condition and their hot chocolate is delicious !
