responded very quickly and arrived on time on the day he said he would ,done great job and also helped me find a joiner to adjust kitchen unit after he installed new double cooker. checked outside floodlight as was faulty but never charged for changing bulb[ was up high and i had no ladder] well impressed will use again and recommend to friends 5***** service
