Figure 8 - they were a joy to work with - they provided venue, catering and services throughout the 6 days of training (on consecutive months). Each time, the rooms were exactly set up as per specification, with care and thought given to both delegates and facilitator. Excellent catering was also provided. Having recently used F8 Venues in Whitehall Street for a workshop I was running, I would like to commend them for their painstaking attention to detail and excellent facilities. The training room is every trainer’s dream with state-of-the art AV equipment which can even be hard-wired into the internet giving a super-fast connection speed. Then there is the thoughtful extras such as a wall which also doubles as a white-board.The service was also fantastic with Kirsty coming in early to accommodate an early set-up and even helping out with the delegate registration. Fantastic venue and a great location in the city centre of Dundee. All the important stuff is well catered for (size of rooms, furniture, tech facilities, hospitality etc) and there is also an attention to detail like no other training facility I've ever experienced. This includes: a stack of back supports for chairs; a jar of peppermints for after coffee; and the wall painted entirely with whiteboard paint, making it possible for the whole wall to be used very creatively. And, of course, the wide selection of retro sweets is somewhat quirky and always a winner!
A superb venue for training or networking events (up to 25 people). Really well thought out venue with great attention to detail, even down to the availability of various cushion supports for the chairs. Staff very friendly and helpful too - nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

F8 is a fantastic venue with a wide range of modern facilities. We used the boardroom for our meeting and then the large training suite for our process mapping session. Drawing all over the large white-wall is a great way to have a group session and get everyone involved. We would definitely recommend the venue to others. The quality of the furniture and fittings is excellent and would certainly impress clients. Also tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. Thanks to you all for your warm welcome and great service.
I've used F8 Venues a number of times for my executive coaching clients travelling to Dundee.Clients love it because its only 2 minutes walk from the station.The reception staff have always looked after me and my clients with refreshments and a warm friendly welcome.The small room is ideal too - its well lit, fresh with a modern finish and private enough for a confidential session.Thumbs up from LIFETREE

The venue at F8 is a fantastic training centre with the opportunity for a Training Company like mine to hire a room, which is a great space, in the town and near the railway station. The price is great and the service is even better. There is coffee, tea and even sweets when you like it. Outside the room are two computers where delegates can access their emails.The equipment is a write on wall and projector which are ideal. There is also a smaller boardroom for hire which is terrific for small meetings.Check it out as when you do you will want to use it!

A fantastic state of the art Conference/meeting venue in the heart of Dundee. Nothing has been left to chance with design of this venue and needs are catered for, whether its a small one 2 one meeting or up to 25 convening in the F8 venue. Absolutely the best!!
