The MoM class is excellent fun. You meet lots of new mums and make new friends. The babies love it and can get to know each other too. You really do feel good after Louise's exercises which are tailored specifically for pregnant and post pregnant women. She gives you great advice on how to exercise safely and to your level. I have found it difficult to get out to exercie with my baby but now I can do something with him and we both enjoy it. A variety of exercises keeps it interesting and great fun. report abuse...
