A regular spot for the family - the kids love it. Really well done up and a typically American menu, it is well worth a visit. Recommended.

I love the American theme of the diner. The seats are very comfortable and the food is lovely. The only thing I would say against it is that it is pretty expensive, but the food is worth it.

Rock City Diner is conveniently in the centre of Downpatrick and is open really early for coffee and breakfast. My children love the character of the interior and all the ice creams and burger etc. Service has always ben friendly and prompt and portions are good. Not the perfect place for a romantic meal for two but definitley the perfect place for a family meal or special occasion.
