The chips at Doc's are made on the premises from Irish potatoes and the fresh fish is sourced locally. Even the fruit and vegetables used are all bought locally in Downpatrick.

No pre-processed food is used which means that everything from the home-made pasties to the children's meals are wholesome and delicious.
