Established in 1642, Denvir's Bar in Downpatrick is steeped in history and is the perfect setting for a drink, a bite to eat and good craic!
As one of Downpatrick's best known bars, Denvir's has a fantastic setting in an historic building
The bar's original fireplace is a welcome centre piece in the winter and the New Beer Garden, with its own bar and seating, is perfect for lunchtimes or a drink on a warm summer evening.

Had a great visit to Denvir's Hotel over the St Patrick's weekend as a tourist from Scotland. Friendly service, fantastic food, and a beautiful bedroom, along with great entertainment will stay with us for many years to come
Stayed overnight in Devirs. We decided to eat in the restaraunt which was wonderful. The rooms were charming and cosy. Staff are like a family and as a frequent traveller to large corporate hotels I couldnʼt say enough about the "Denvirs experience". I canʼt wait to get back there!
Great food and friendly service. The steaks are unreal. The bar is a real nice place for a quiet drink or a good nights craic
I have only ever been in the bar but it has a great local feel to it and good intimate feel. A great spot too. Definitely recommended.
