I organised Car Hire/Rental at short notice and was not let down. My car broke down and I called on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised about the service and answer I got. The new owners who are local to Dorking said they would wait for me to get there as it was nearly closing time. I had one of the new Ford Ka's and was impressed with the whole experience of the car & customer service.
