Medieval Archers will be camping outside the Castle during this bank Holiday Weekend. Demonstrating their skills with authentic Long bows, the Archers will be stepping out of their colourful encampment to offer demonstrations, talks and have a go opportunities. Don’t miss the daily shows, which demonstrate archery skill with humour & fun. As seen on BBC’s “What History has done for us” & “Ivanhoe” and Meridian’s “Time Tourists”.

• Spectacular Knights of Lulworth Jousting Shows ~ Sunday to Friday throughout the summer (performed by Horses Impossible) ~ Sun 23rd July to Mon 28th August.
Spectacular Summer Jousting Shows as the Lulworth Knights return to defend the Castle from the evil Black Knight. Dramatic sword fights, jousting and daredevil horseback stunts take place in front of the Castle. (Closed Saturdays). Battles at 12pm and 3pm. See the Coin Striker, Jugglers and have a go at the Archery in the Castle grounds.
