We stayed for two nights at the end of January to attend a family funeral. We received a warm welcome and were delighted with the accomodation. The family room was large, very clean and comfortable, and most importantly warm. Larrainne was very helpful and produced an excellent breakfast each day. This stay was excellent value for money.

Especially Liam our Son,he loved the way you have shown him how to enjoy boiled eggs. I had to do the same for him this morning. He said that yours were a lot better than the ones I did him Lorraine. We stayed with Lorraine at The Lynn Hill Guest House at the beginning of June-excellent accomodation in recently redecorated/refurbished twinn with en-suite.Our hosts offered a warm welcome in very comfortable surroundings topped off with a wondefull full English - great service and highly reccomended!

We stayed here for 3 nights on business. The rooms are very clean and comfortable,with a friendly welcome. The breakfast was excellent. We will definately be staying there again when we are in the area.

In the morning we were welcomed to breakfast by Lorraine who was very friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very very hearty with a full english, tea or coffee, orange juice and toast. It was lovely!! We have stayed there now on three or four occasions and are planning our next visit. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

We had a really good break at Lynn Hill Guest House, very friendly atmosphere, good clean room. Breakfast was good, easily "customised" to our requirements, and nicely cooked. Both Lorraine and Michael made us feel very welcome. Will definitely reccommend to others. Mike and Claire.

Have stayed here several times, most recently when I came over from Australia for my mums funeral.The welcome I receive is always wonderful, and the English breakfast is enough to last the whole day!

My wife and i are regular visitors to Lynn Hill ,we would not dream of staying anywhere else when in Dereham. We are always made to feel like one of the family and you could not wish to meet any nicer people than Lorraine and her family. I recomend any one staying in dereham to give it a try you will not be disappointed

Lorraine and Mike and extended family offer superb accommodation in their fine home. They are freindly people who will go out of their way to help you. I simply cannot praise them enough. Simply superb. Highly recommended.

I have been staying at this great guest house every other weekend since March 2008, Lorraine and Michael are just brilliant, rooms are spotless, very comfortable, so much choice for breakfast, nothing is too much trouble. I can't recommended this place highly enough. You can't get better, please give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

We have just returned from spending 2 nights at the Lynn Hill Guest House in Dereham. We went for a family wedding,4 adults and 1 child age 7yrs. We were made very welcome. We cant praise Lorraine and her family enough,what lovley people, so friendly.Rooms were spotless as were the bathrooms,as for breakfast well lets just say you could go all day after you have eaten it,untill dinner time at night. it was our first time of staying in bed and breakfast and we were a little apprehensive, but we need not have worried as it was just like staying with our own family we were made extremely welcome and had lots of laughs. it is a very family orientated guest house and we will definately revist and recommmend the guest house again.

We have recently had the pleasure of staying at the Lynn Hill Guest house and must say I was impressed.
We have worked and stayed all over the East Anglia area and beyond and this is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in.
The rooms are clean and warm (important at this time of year!!) with very comfortable beds and rooms are cleaned daily, which is a welcoming site after a days work.
The family are very friendly and make you feel welcome and there is plenty of parking.
One word of warning though, leave plenty of room for the FULL English breakfast you certainly wont go out hungry here !!!!
Overall a pleasure to stay and will definitely stay again if in the area.
