We won a compettion at a bakewell show amd had our shoot Sunday. My son arrived crying after losing his lego which he wanted in his photos, within minutes Simon had him laughing. My husband hates having his photo done and it was his first fathers day since his Dad died last August, but by the end of the shoot he felt great. Simon had us laughing, we had no nerves and he was so very professional. I am going to struggle to choose photo's. We would definately recommend Mackneys. Thankyou so much Simon. We had a family photo shoot with Simon. He is very professional and was great with the children. We all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He captured the childrens personalities perfectly and the pictures are full of life. Simon was keen to produce exactly the effect we were after and clearly spent a lot of time after the shoot achieving this for us. We loved his unique style. Mackney's are in a different league to other highstreet photographers.

We won a family photoshoot and canvas when we entered a draw. I am not keen on having my photo taken and my husband hates any sort of fuss. However when we finally plucked up the courage to arrange our shoot we were amazed! My daughter loved posing, but my husband and I enjoyed the experience just as much! We wanted an end product that showed us as a family, and that's what we got! It totally exceeded our expectations. We are now looking at booking again for when our son is born. The only problem we had was choosing which photos NOT to have!

We were given a photo voucher at Simon's studio a while back and weren't sure whether to bother going but we are so glad we did. Simon spent a couple of hours taking the most wonderful photographs of our young daughter where he worked really hard to make it all very relaxed and enjoyable. The results were fantastic and made for a tough choice of a few shots out of literally hundreds. We have hired professional photographers before which were good but not in the same league as Simon and his team. His attention to detail, time spent getting the shots and layout for the final print and the quality of the resulting print is quite superb.

The Hayhurst clan love the way Simon is so calm and collected even with 4 kids running round the studio! His ideas are great and he definately gave me pictures of my family that I can be proud of - he made us look NORMAL !!!
