Derby Women’s Centre was founded in 1978 and is a registered charity. The Women’s Centre aim is to empower women and reduce inequality by providing support and guidance in a safe and non-judgemental environment. They do this through counselling, mental health and domestic violence support, advice services, including legal and debt/housing advice, and social and creative activities. Derby Women’s Centre is open to all women regardless of their background or situation, and is all carried out under strict confidence. This is a great Charity and has been helping women for many years now, and aim to do so for many years to come!
