I dealt with Michele when we were considering switching health insurance cover. I found her to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful - in fact, nothing seemed too much trouble for her. I was completely sold on WPA, both in the choice of cover provided and the premium rates it offers. However, the true test of a good insurance cover comes when you have to make a claim, and here again we have found WPA prompt with the paperwork and the payment. Once again Michele was on hand to assist in any way she could - she didnʼt disappear once the premium had been paid.
Dealing with Michelle you know you are in a safe pair of hands and that she will really look after you. This covers the full spectrum from initially deciding on the appropriate product to any claim you may have. Rest easy with WPA.
As a small business, we rely upon our staff being at work and getting the job done. We do not provide contractual sick pay, but rely on the Staturory Sick Pay scheme set up by the government. This is never enough. WPA has provided us with a cost effective means of providing health care insurance to our staff and key personnel. The cost is allowable against tax and our staff are very happy to have the peace of mind - so are we! Michele gives her customerʼs her mobile phone number, which means we can contact her to discuss medical claims even when she is out of the office - this is an invaluable part of the personal service.
