Its great this little museum has been so painstakingly preserved and all by local volunteers. Our daughter was fascinated to see the crafts people used to do and the houses they used to live in. I would definitely recommend a visit.
I love this mill, itʼs great to think that it still works.I like the glimpses into how life ued to be in the millers cottages and blacksmiths workshop.Itʼs amazing to think the museum runs on volunteers who are totally dedicated to restoring the mill and all the machinery to itʼs former glory.I will be taking may daughter soon so she can appreciate how lucky she is with all our modern amenities today....a real eye opener!
